What a week! From May 12 to 16, 2025, our team toured across Germany as part of the TURF Roadshow 2025—five stops, lots of hands-on technology, and above all, lots of encounters, exchanges, and enthusiasm for what we all love—perfect greenkeeping.
We kicked off on May 12 at GolfPark Leipzig, where we started the roadshow with great anticipation. The Tru-Turf RE50 and the Baroness Core Collector FS900 took center stage and impressed participants with their aeration and subsequent core collection capabilities. The entire short course was reserved exclusively for us – perfect conditions, great organization, and lovingly prepared catering made the start unforgettable.
We continued on May 13 to the Hamburg Wendlohe Golf Club – in bright sunshine, we welcomed around 45 greenkeepers from 20 courses. In addition to exciting machine stations such as the green iron, core collector, bunker machine, and fairway mower, there was plenty of technical input – including on dollar spot, rhizoctonia, and maintenance strategies for greens. The day ended on a relaxed note with a barbecue and lots of good conversation.
On May 14, we were guests at the Rheine/Mesum Golf Club. There, the intensive ironing of the putting green – almost 30 rounds – was particularly well received. Golf coach Lars Rehbock and his youth group were especially pleased with the perfect training area directly adjacent to the machine. Here, too, the day ended in a relaxed atmosphere with many personal conversations.
On May 15, we arrived at the Neuhof Golf Club, where we were not only warmly welcomed, but also had some animal guests: two curious dogs mingled with the spectators. The RE50 greens mower was the center of attention, undergoing intensive testing and discussion. The barbecue in the evening—including the legendary wild boar sausage—was a real highlight and created a great atmosphere.
On May 16, our grand finale finally took place at the Wörthsee Golf Club. Here, everything revolved around the Baroness Grünsmäher LM311, which was put through its paces on site. The quality of the cutting performance was discussed in many technical conversations – and here, too, the value of personal exchange became clear once again.
This roadshow was more than just a demonstration of technology for us. It was a journey to meet the people behind the golf courses. To dedicated greenkeepers and club managers, passionate course maintenance staff, and great hosts.
A huge thank you to all participants, partners, and clubs who made this week so special. We are taking away many new impressions, ideas, and encounters – and are already looking forward to the next time.
