Dear TURF community,
At the end of January, our team of experts attended this year's GCSAA Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, USA! WOW! What an incredible atmosphere there was thanks to the many international visitors on all days.
We look back on interesting encounters and inspiring conversations with people from all over the world and learned a lot of news from our international partners as well as gaining exciting insights! We were able to take away a lot of knowledge for our TURF customers from the presentations. The presentation by Dr. Rick Latin, Professor of Plant Pathology (Purdue University), was particularly insightful.
We paid particular attention to the modern technology that is increasingly finding its way into the industry. It's more and more about data collection using satellites, handheld devices and the use of artificial intelligence. There are definitely exciting times ahead for our industry.
We would like to thank all the inspiring people who have made the last few days so special. Above all, we were looking forward to seeing our suppliers again. Among others, we were able to meet our colleagues from Andersons, Floratine, JRM, Maredo, Tru Turf, Evergreen Covers and catch up on the latest developments.
A meeting of all Baroness dealers worldwide was also very impressive. We were able to look far beyond our own horizons and find out what is happening in the golf sector on the international stage.
A particular highlight was the production tour at R&R in Tucson with dealers from Chile to New Zealand. We represented the German-speaking region with our team and are very proud to have this partner on board!
We are already looking forward to next year and to more exciting adventures at the GCSAA Conference!
