Description
- Proven remedy against moss
- Fertilizer product with nitrogen and iron
- Supports lawn regeneration in spring
Lawnsand is a proven tool in professional greenkeeping and promotes the growth and health of the lawn. Its high iron content effectively combats moss through soil acidification and also serves as a prevention against lawn diseases, especially during transition periods such as late summer and autumn. The granulate improves soil structure, promotes water and air circulation, and thus supports deeper root formation. It also increases the rate of photosynthesis and enhances the color intensity of the lawn. An application in early spring aids in plant regeneration.
Application Recommendation
Apply the product at a rate of 350-700 kg per hectare (35-70 grams per m²), which equates to the supply of 10.5-21 kg of nitrogen (N), 0 kg of phosphorus (P), and 0 kg of potassium (K) per hectare. This product can be used during the main season, anytime from March to the end of September, or adhere to the nutrient program for application times and amounts if you are following one. Avoid applying during hot weather or prolonged dry periods. The best results are achieved under moist conditions or when rain is expected. It is advisable to mow without a grass catcher for the first 2 - 3 days so that the granules can settle in the lawn. Keep the container tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children and pets! Caution: The fertilizer contains iron sulfate (Fe) and should not come into contact with wood or stone, as it may cause staining.
